All athletes must be off the course by 1:00. Any athlete still on the course after 1:00 will be brought back to the start by the follow-up vehicle.
Distance:
Swim – 1.5 K (1500 meters) map
Bike – 40 K (24.8 miles) map
Run – 10K (6.2 miles) map
Entry Fees & Registration:
USAT License – $12: At packet pickup, all individual participants must sign the USAT waiver and show their USAT membership card or pay $12.00 for a one day pass. Each team member must sign a waiver and pay a $12.00 USAT fee. If you would like a USAT membership click here.

Olympic Racers only:
Individuals- top three individuals in each age group male/female will receive awards. Top three overall male and females will also receive awards.
Teams- Top three teams will receive awards.
FTT Double Tri- Top three male and top three female times between the two races will receive awards.
*There will be no duplicate awards in overall and age group awards.
