Thank you to Mari Barboza Ceglowski for the photo.
We are busy gearing up for our 10th Annual and last ever Fronhofer Tool Triathlon and we can’t wait to share some of the details with you.
First of all, we could not be more excited about all of our sponsors. Thank you to our loyal sponsors who continue to support us every year and thank you to the new sponsors who were willing to join in on the fun for our final year. Please help us in thanking Fronhofer Tool Company, T3 Coaching, Rent ‘em Games, Hoppy Trails, Lauren Hull Photography, Battenkill Valley Creamery, Northshire Bookstore, RASP Inc, Irving Tissue, BDP Industries, Hammer Nutrition, Grey Ghost Bicycles, and so many more generous individuals and companies who make this event possible.
We are also thrilled to tell you that Maggie Crossman Crafts will be providing, what we think is, one of the best raffle prizes ever- a hand made t-shirt quilt featuring all ten Fronhofer Tool Triathlon t-shirts!
Last but not least, we are of course happy to announce that we will not disappoint this year and there will once again be Battenkill Valley Creamery ice cream waiting for all of our athletes at the end of the race!
Only 5 1/2 weeks left until race day and we cannot wait to see all of the 10th Annual FTT’ers out on the course!
Happy New Year! 2016 is here and so is open registration for the 10th and final Fronhofer Tool Triathlon. We are excited to welcome our final year of what has been an amazing event. Over the past 9 years we have raised over $100,000 for children’s literacy in Warren, Washington and Northern Saratoga Counties. We are hoping that this year we can have a record setting year, allowing B.O.O.K.S. and Books in Kids Hands’ to continue their work for years to come. Our goal is $120,000 for children’s literacy in 10 years. Please help us reach our goal by registering for this year’s race and spreading the word to fellow triathletes. As you know, we are the race that not only gives back to our community, but our athletes as well, with quality race shirts, great swag, fantastic food, and the best ice cream around.
This years event will take place on August 6th and will once again feature an Olympic distance triathlon race with the option of entering the partner category. We will also be hosting a kids race on Friday, August 5th. This is always a great family event and a perfect opportunity for Olympic racers to pick up their race swag the night before.
We truly feel that the FTT participants are the greatest race supporters around and to show our appreciation we are continuing to once again keep our registration fees at the same low price. We are also proud to be able to once again support our loyal timing system company Score-This, who provides you, the racer, with lower additional registration fees. Please help us spread the word that racers will no longer be able to register through Active and must register at Score-This.
We hope that 2016 brings you much success on and off the race course. Happy New Year and happy training from the entire FTT Crew!
All the Best,
The FTT Crew
Thank you to all the athletes that raced in the 2015 Fronhofer Tool Triathlon. Whether you raced on Friday night or Saturday morning, you helped to make a difference in our effort to promote children’s literacy in our community.
Friday night brought lots of smiles to everyones faces watching the promising future that triathlon holds with many highly skilled and beginner racers speeding through the park. Saturday brought many more smiles and continued excitement as FTTer’s filled the park and course. We can’t thank our racers and sponsors enough for their support.
We hope that each of you left with a great experience and a good feeling knowing that you raced not only for yourself, but for the children in our communities who will be receiving a new book because of you.
